Biological Activity

[Description]:

KSPWFTTL is an immunodominant Kb-restricted epitope from the p15E transmembrane protein. KSPWFTTL can restore susceptibility of a tumor line to anti-AKR/Gross MuLV cytotoxic T lymphocytes[1][2].

[In Vitro]

KSPWFTTL is derived from the retroviral p15 TM envelope protein. The cytolytic T-lymphocyte (CTL)-insusceptible, variant cl.18-5 clonal line, after pulsed with the KSPWFTTL peptide, becomes susceptible to lysis by antiviral CTL[2].
