[In Vivo]

BTG 1640 (ABIO-08/01) 在小鼠和大鼠焦虑模型中单次腹腔注射和单次口服给药(灌胃)后,以极低剂量显示活性。长期给药既没有导致耐受性的发展,也没有在突然停止治疗后出现戒断症状[2]。
