GEA 3162（1-100 μM）抑制 Ca 离子载体 A23187 诱导的 LTB4 和 β-葡萄糖醛酸酶释放、趋化肽 FMLP 诱导的趋化作用和调理酵母聚糖触发的化学发光，剂量依赖性抑制人 PMNs[1]。 GEA 3162 (0-1 mM) 以剂量依赖性方式抑制人体 PMN 释放 LTB4[1]。 GEA 3162（0-1 mM）以剂量依赖性方式抑制 A23187 激活的 PMN 释放 β-葡萄糖醛酸酶[1]。 GEA 3162 (0-1 mM) 是 FMLP 诱导的人类 PMN 趋化运动的有效抑制剂，IC50 值为 6 μM[1]。 GEA 3162 在较低的药物浓度下更快地提高循环 GMP 水平[1]。
