Add Lumiprobe CY 5 hydrazide hydrochloride to each sample at 25℃ for 1 h to label sample. 2. Remove salts and unbound fluorescent dye by the trichloroacetic acid (TCA esodium deoxycholate (DOC) or acetone method. 3. Measure fluorescence intensity (Ex=640 nm, Em=660 nm).
