[Description]:

Nebacumab (HA-1A) is a monoclonal antibody that binds to lipid A portion of endotoxin. Nebacumab can be used of research of sepsis[1][2].

[In Vitro]

Nebacumab (24 μg/mL，24 小时) 在全身炎症反应综合征 (SIRS) 患者的全血中诱导产生 IL-6[2]。 Nebacumab (0-100 μg/mL) 抑制外周血单核细胞产生 TNF-α、IL-1β 和 IL-6[3]。 Nebacumab (1 和 100 μg/mL，14 天) 抑制内毒素对大鼠中耳上皮细胞的增殖和形态学影响[4]。
