Biological Activity

[Description]:

AZ-4217 is a potent and selective, orally active, brain-permeable BACE1 inhibitor with IC50 of 160 pM in human SH-SY5Y cells; demonstrates excellent in vivo efficacy, lowers amyloid deposition in 12-month-old Tg2576 mice.
