Biological Activity

[Description]:

Phaseollin is an isoflavonoid phytoalexin that can be isolated from Phaseolus vulgaris . Phaseollin is toxic to bean hypocotyl and endocarp cells, and causes a complete lysis of sheep erythrocytes[1].
