Biological Activity

[Description]:

RB-6145 is an orally active pro-drug of the hypoxic cell radiosensitizer RSU 1069. RB-6145 acts a hypoxic cell radiosensitizer and cytotoxin but reduces systemic toxicity in mice[1].
