Biological Activity

[Description]:

Gancaonin I, an Isoflavone, exhibits moderate inhibition on human carboxylesterase 2 (hCES2A) with IC50 of 1.72 μM. Gancaonin I inhibits hCES2A-mediated fluorescein diacetate (FD) hydrolysis[1].
