Human milk lysozyme (0-300 μg/mL; 2 h) 对皮肤病原体 Pr. acnes 和 C. minutissimum 表现出优异的活性。Human milk lysozyme 对革兰氏阴性 E. coli、Salm. typhimurium 和 Bord. bronchiseptica 缺乏活性,但对 Kleb. pneumonieae 和 Ps. aeruginosa 有较弱的活性。Human milk lysozyme 对 Staph. epidermidis 无活性,对 Staph. aureus 和 Str. zooepidemicus 的活性较弱[1]。
