Biological Activity

[Description]:

Tyrphostin 25 (AG82) is a specific inhibitor of the EGFR tyrosine kinase. Tyrphostin 25 is also a GPR35 agonist with an IC50 of 0.94 µM and an EC50 of 5.3 µM[1][2].
