Z-FK-ck (Z-Phe-Lys-2,4,6-Trimethylbenzoyloxy-methylketone) is a potent and selective gingipain-K-specific inhibitor. Z-FK-ck prolongs plasma thrombin time (TT) in a dose- and time-dependent manner[1].
