Boc-GRR-AMC is a tri-peptide Substrate. Boc-GRR-AMC can be used for a fluorogenic West Nile virus (WNV) substrate, profiling the substrate specificity for the NS2B-NS3 proteases or determining the pH optimum of LdMC activity[1][2].
