Abstract
The medicinal preparation Nibuphin (p-nitrophenyl ester of dibutylphosphinic acid, I) is used in medical practice in the form of 0.033% aqueous solutions as a myotic and antiglaucoma agent [i]. During storage of the medicinal form of the preparation, a gradual decrease in its activity is observed.
