Abstract

Here, we report on the first synthesis of fluorescent-labeled epidermal growth factor receptor− DNA targeting combi-molecules, and we studied the influence of P-glycoprotein status of human sarcoma MES-SA cells on their growth inhibitory effect and cellular uptake.
