Abstract
• The toxicity of TDCPP/TCEP in undifferentiated and differentiated PC12 cells was modelled. • Both cytotoxicity and neurotoxicity were elicited by TDCPP/TCEP. • CAMKII, GAP43, tubulin and NF-H maybe useful biomarkers for the cytotoxicity and neurotoxicity.
