Abstract
A variety of organosilylated hydroxylamine derivatives have been spthesized and studied as possible nitrene generators by thermally induced a-deoxysilylaton: GN (OR') SiR3-GN:+ R'OSiR,, where G= Et02C, ArCO, ArSO,, Me, H, and Ph2PO.
