Abstract

Direct oxidative activation of benzylic CÀH bonds under mild conditions is of importance due to its wide applications, especially in organic synthesis. Many chemists have made great contributions to this important transformation.[1] The generated ketones can not only act as building blocks for the synthesis of pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals, but can also form important intermediates in natural products.[2] Traditionally, benzylic oxidation usually ...
