Abstract
When the resulting mono-and dicarboxylic acids were treated sequentially with thionyl chloride and ammonia, the corresponding mono-and diamides were obtained; the last react with thionyl chloride in benzene to give adamantane-containing mono-and dinitriles. The reduction of the latter on Raney Ni in ethyl alcohol and the treatment of the synthesized monoand diamines with hydrogen chloride permit the isolation of high yields of the ...
