Abstract

The synthesis of a series of l-alkylamino-3-(2-thiazolyloxy)-2-propanols is described. Several compounds in this series, eg,(f)-l-isopropylamino-3-(2-thiazolyloxy)-2-propanol, are selective myocardial p-stimulants with a prolonged duration of action. The structure-activity relationships of these compounds are described.
