Abstract
The jamaicamides, isolated from cyanobacterium Lyngbya majuscula in Jamaica, are unique mixed polyketide-peptides that are reported to be blockers of the sodium channels. The peptide moiety contains a pyrrolinone ring and a β-methoxy enone functionality. ...
