Abstract

Zusanzvnenfussung. Durch Umsetzung von D-Glucosamin mit dem hishcr unbekannten N- Nitroso-methylcarbamylazid (VII) wurde das Beta-Zytotoxin Streptozotocin (VIII) synthetisch praparativ zuganglich gemacht. ... Das Antibioticum Streptozotocin (VIII) [I] wurde als sehr spezifisches
