Abstract
The development and applications of “frustrated Lewis pair” hydrogenation catalysts are reviewed, and an expanded scope of the substrates is reported. In addition, optimal conditions, functional group tolerance, targets of potential commercial significance, and developments in asymmetric hydrogenations are addressed.
