Abstract
CBs-CHO+ Cdfs-COOH+ HI0 The occurrence of either aldehyde Ar-CHO or ketone Ar-GO-C! H3 corresponding to the phenolic part of the original molecule implies a rearrangement of atoms in the Ar-0-G- cracking residue, according to a hitherto unknown mechanism.
