Abstract
The regioselectivity of the cyclization reaction of 2-ethynylbenzyl alcohol and 2- ethynylbenzylamine derivatives promoted by TBAF was investigated. Six-membered ring derivatives were obtained from the compounds, which have a butyl group on the triple bond.
