Abstract
Transition-metal-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of aryl halides with nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur nucleophiles are powerful tools for the formation of CĀN, CĀO, and CĀS bonds, respectively.[1] Although several palladium, nickel, and copper catalysts have proven to be highly effective in such coupling processes,[2] the development of new and cheap alternative catalysts for the aforementioned transformations is still desirable.
