Abstract
Some pharmacologically active amines such as amphetamine, the isomeric o-, m-and p- methoxyamphetamines, 4-phenylbutan-2-amine and mexiletine, as well as their corresponding acetamides, have been prepared in high yields and with very high enantiomeric excesses.
