Abstract
A large number of methyl 5(6)-(4-aminophenoxy)- and 5(6)-(4-aminophenylthio)-2-benzimidazolylcarba - mate derivatives exhibit high antihelminthic activity [1316]. Unfortunately, most of them possess embryo- toxic and teratogenic properties which restrict their application in medical practice.
