Abstract
hydrolysis of phosphodiesters catalyzed by lanthanide ions, and the hydrolysis of bis@- nitrophenyl) phosphate (2) 8, 9 and of RNA'O-12 by bipyridine complexes has been reported. Rate accelerations were generally lo3 or less.
