Abstract

Abstract A series of analogues of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) sulindac 1 were synthesised tethered to nitric oxide (NO) donating functional groups. Sulindac shows antiproliterative effects against immortal PC3 cell lines.
