Abstract
Substituted chloroacridines are useful precursors for various important classes of biologically active molecules. The antiviral activity of acridine derivatives has been well documented.'Heterocyclic alkylating agents with unusual antitumor activity can be readily prepared from the chloroacridine skeleton?
