Abstract

In our recent studies of anticancer agents, we have found some interesting indole α??methylene?螃摸?butyrolactone compounds, prepared from the intermediates indolyl aldehydes or ketones (such as compound 1), which can significantly inhibit AKT??mTOR signaling pathway kinases.
