Abstract

Cocos nucifera L. and Borassus flabellifer L. juices act as bio catalytic system for the reduction of aromatic aldehydes to alcohols and selective decarboxylation of substituted cinnamic acid to styrene and substituted benzoic acid to polyphenolic compound.
