Abstract

Abstract Rhodium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of unactivated primary alkyl chlorides with diboron reagents have been developed as practical methods for the synthesis of alkylboronic esters. These reactions expand the concept and utility of Rh (I)-catalyzed cross- coupling of aliphatic electrophiles.
