Abstract

A series of benzothiazole derivatives including N-(benzo [d] thiazol-2-yl) cyclohexanecarboxamides (2a-g) and N-(benzo [d] thiazol-2-yl) cyclohexancarbothioamides (3b-d) have been synthesized and evaluated for cytotoxic and antimicrobial activities.
