Abstract

By decomposition in alkanes, ethers, ketones, acids, esters and nitriles of equimolecular mixtures of O, O-tert-butyl and O-isopropenyl peroxycarbonate and tert-butyl peroxyacetate, the" assisted" acetonylation of the solvents has been accomplished.
