Abstract
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) employing exogenous photosensitizers is currently being approved for treatment of basal cell carcinoma (BCC). 2-(4-Aminophenyl) benzothiazoles (6) consist of chromophoric structure and absorb light in the UVA (315–400nm).
