Abstract
Several diaryl ketoximes, when treated with dimethyl sulphoxide and dicyclohexylcarbodi- imide–acid, give amides and N-(diarylmethylene) methylthiomethylamine N-oxides in competing reactions for which mechanisms are proposed.
