In Vitro | PM-81I (0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1, 2.5, 5 µM; 2 h) inhibits IL-4 stimulated phosphorylation of STAT6 in Bease-2B immortalized human epithelial airway cells[1]. Western Blot Analysis[1] Cell Line: Bease-2B immortalized human epithelial airway cells Concentration: 0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1, 2.5, 5 µM Incubation Time: 2 h Result: Decreased phosphorylation levels of STAT6 to18%, 13%, 13% when at 1, 2.5 and 5 µM, respectively. |
