Detail Product Information Flumatinib, also known as HH-GV-678 , is a selective inhibitor of BCR-ABL/PDGFR/KIT. Flumatinib is currently in Phase I and II clinical trials in China for the treatment of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). Flumatinib effectively overcomes drug resistance of certain KIT mutants. Flumatinib mesylate can reduce the expression of C-MYC, HIF-1 α and VEGF in U266 cell line in a time- and dose-dependent manners.
