Radioiodinated Iobenguane sulfate is clinically used as a tumor-targeted radiopharmaceutical in the diagnosis and treatment of adrenergic tumors. Iobenguane sulfate is a high-affinity substrate for cholera toxin that interferes with cellular mono(ADP-ribosylation). |
