Reduction of the triphosphazane chloride C6H4N2 [P (S)(NEt2) 2] 2PCl with BH3⊙ THF or LiBH4 yields the borane-coordinated hydride C6H4N2 [P (S)(NEt2) 2] 2PH (BH3)(I).
