Abstract

• GSH levels decreased following exposure to 60μM AOH in Caco-2 cells after 24h. • GPx and GR activities decreased after treatment with 60μM AOH. • GST activity increased after treatment with 30μM AOH. • DNA damage increased at all concentration tested after exposure for 24h.
