Abstract

Abstract Treatment of adenosine with PSCl 3 in trimethyl phosphate gave, after ion- exchange chromatography, adenosine-5′-O-monophosphate (AMP; 28%) and adenosine- 5′-O-monothiophosphate (AMPS; 48%).
