Abstract

All reactions were conducted under a N, atmosphere. IH NMR spectra were recorded (6, ppm) using a Magnachem-200 spectrometer with TMS as an internal reference in CDCl,. Coupling constants (J) are given in hertz. Mass spectra were obtained on a Mat CH-5-DF (FAB), a Finnigan 8230 B (EI), a Kratos MS-80 (HR EI) and a Mat CH-7 (CI) mass spectrometers. 2-Fluoropyridine was used as received from Aldrich.
