Abstract We have synthesized 1, 4, 7, 10-tetraisoalkyltetracenes from a 2, 6-naphthodiyne precursor and 2, 5-diisoalkylfurans as the starting materials (isoalkyl: isopropyl, isobutyl, and isopentyl).
