Abstract

There continues to be great interest in the synthesis of compounds containing β-aminoaryl functionality. 5 Phenylethylamines are widely found as components of alkaloid natural products, and are known to affect serotonin, 6 dopamine, 7 and noradrenaline 8 receptors.
