Abstract

A series of phosphoramidate and phosphate prodrugs of DOT were synthesized via dichlorophosphate or H-phosphonate chemistry and evaluated for their anti-HIV activity against LAI M184V mutants in PBM cells as well as for their cytotoxicity.
