Abstract

Two series of 1, 4-bis (2-amino-ethylamino) anthraquinone–amino acid conjugates (BACs), ametantrone (AT)–amino acid conjugates (AACs) and mitoxantrone (MX)–amino acid conjugates (MACs), were designed and synthesized.
