Abstract

RhoA is a member of Rho GTPases, a subgroup of the Ras superfamily of small GTP- binding proteins. RhoA, as an important regulator of diverse cellular signaling pathways, plays significant roles in cytoskeletal organization, transcription, and cell-cycle progression.
